John Mayer’s ‘Waiting on the World to Change’ recorded at the Live Earth event is already available for purchase from iTunes. The song is also provided now for pre-orders of the 13-track Live Earth album containing songs recorded at the concerts in London, New York and Tokyo.

8-) Sorry I don’t have the answer to your other question, kids. My guess is that there is likely to be an official Live Earth DVD. I also heard that the music was only being made available online for download, to avoid the increased carbon footprints associated with both packaging and distribution.
