DfT Response Forms: Upgrade FREEPOST™ to 1st Class for 10p (C5) 8p (C4)

No need to buy a first class stamp to get your Response Form to the Department for Transport on time. At least, my Post Office clerk was happy to add 8p worth of stamps on my C4 envelope (he carefully stuck a 5p, 2p and 1p stamp and wrote FIRST CLASS in postman lettering on the envelope!) and a 10p stamp on each of the C5 envelopes I was mailing on behalf of others, to upgrade our Royal Mail Freepost™ Standard Handwritten service to first class. I figured you could uograde to first class on an aeroplane/airplane easily enough, so why not for a letter? Now they are winging their merry way to:
