and some Welsh leeks to wish you all a Happy St. David’s Day!
Leek at the National History Museum of Wales Cardiff 24 October 2007

Thank you so much for sending me those cheerful daffodils! This particularly healthy leek was in the National History Museum at St. Fagans, Cardiff, where the Welsh flag was flying on a lovely California blue sky day. I guess the leek has been enjoyed for dinner by now, as I took these photos back in October.
