See the blue garter with gold trim and HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE (shame on him who thinks evil of it) in gold lettering?  Signs like this are worth looking out for in small royal towns like Windsor and Eton, as well as in London.  This is a particularly good one that you can spot outside C. J. Reid Pharmacy in Eton:
